Kirkpatrick Jan 6 - John McBee, who would have been 58 if he had lived another month, a well known and highly respected farmer, a mile south of here died Monday evening at half past 7 from a complication of diseases. He had been ill for two years and had undergone one or more surgical operations in the hope of obtaining relief but without avail. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles McBee. Mrs. McBee is survived by his widow, Mrs. Easter McBee and one daughter, Miss Ruth McBee, who is taking a course in nursing at Culver Union Hospital at Crawfordsville. The funeral will be at the Methodist Church in Kirkpatrick of half past ten on Thursday morning. The interment will be in the IOOF cemetery in Darlington directly after the services at the church. - kbz
